Together, we will co-create a context in which you will feel supported, inspired, and empowered. This could take the form of regular discussions over a coffee or walk, or a more structured arrangement which mixes facetime with written exchanges. What counts is what works for you. I can also run group workshops and women’s development workshops.

Sport provides incredible opportunities for people to grow. Too many young athletes are too narrowly focussed on making teams or winning medals. There is honour in dedication to excellence, but these goals should not diminish other, potentially more enduring, outcomes.
The life of an athlete has the potential to inspire resilience, confidence, responsibility, heightened self-awareness, commitment, and selflessness. This the gold that endures, and transcends an athlete’s career into a rich personal, academic professional and family life.
There are also challenges to meet. As you pursue your dreams, your body will change. For a female athlete, this might make you uncomfortable.
You may feel like you are not progressing as quickly as you would like and want to talk to someone who has endures similar periods.
You may simply wish to expand your support network and include someone who can provide advice or guidance in a safe space.
My goal is to help you get more out of your life as an athlete, which will help you get more out of life.
